A proud and rich wine with a wide nose full of plum and stewed raspberries. Chewy palate with a fresh salinity and lovely balance of white pepper and sugar. Made from a blend of 2012 and 2011.

Based in Bouzy and made from the same family that brought you Champagne Bonnaire. They work with vineyards both in Bouzy and some of the staple within the Bonnaire range: Cramant, Bergeres les Vertus, Cuis and Fossoy. The wines show a harmonious and fruity side to the village; bright with a lovely sugar balance throughout. The Prestige, a wine made from the vineyard of Les Hauts Chemins is a real stunner.
