The colour is a beautiful light salmon pink. There is a lovely touch of tannin. Fruity, playful and surprisingly gripping for such a small amount of Meunier. Screams out for some charcuterie. The nose is so warm with notes of amphora. The palate is wonderfully delicate with touches of clay and sand and delicate jam notes and wild strawberries.
