Disgorged 10\/19, with 3.14g\/ltr. Really bright nose with loads of crisp green apple, with a hint of salt. The texture is fascinating. It's chewy and rich and you never lose sense of it. It has incredible length, but you sense this magnum is in need of time. After a few hours, it develops notes of celery, white flowers, gooseberry and white pepper. As it opens further, the texture leaps more to clementine pith, with faint hints of fudge. The colour is a beautiful light salmon pink. There is a lovely touch of tannin. Fruity, playful and surprisingly gripping for such a small amount of Meunier. Screams out for some charcuterie. The nose is so warm with notes of amphora. The palate is wonderfully delicate with touches of clay and sand and delicate jam notes and wild strawberries. The colour is a beautiful light salmon pink. There is a lovely touch of tannin. Fruity, playful and surprisingly gripping for such a small amount of Meunier. Screams out for some charcuterie. The nose is so warm with notes of amphora. The palate is wonderfully delicate with touches of clay and sand and delicate jam notes and wild strawberries.
