Vinification takes places in \u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003e228L Burgundy barriques, with three years lees ageing. This is a\u003c\/span\u003e precise and structured expression of chardonnay with light floral and herbal notes on the nose, followed by subtle toasted wood, hazelnut and almond. with aeration. The palate is direct and linear, driven by fresh fruit notes of pear and green apple, whilst barrel ageing brings texture and depth.
