There is a really deep golden hue to this wine and the nose follows that with notes of maple syrup, waffles, sea salt and sugar. There is an amazing delivery and this immense concentration and salinity with exotic notes right on the finish. This is a fabulously structured wine delivering a wonderfully serious and concentrated experience.

House Profile

Based in the village of Chezy Sur Marne, in the very West of the Marne Valley, we had the fortune of sitting down with Tom nearer the heartlands of Champagne, in his production facility in Epernay. Each new wine he creates is a part of his exploration of the soil and grapes and what they will bring. They represent a beautiful and specific snapshot of a vintage, a plot and an interpretation.
