What is grower Champagne?

Grower Champagne is made by producers who grow their own grapes and make their own wines. That close connection between vineyard and cellar gives you a chance to explore the character of a place, a harvest and the person making the decisions.

It isn’t one particular style. You’ll find bright, precise Chardonnay, generous Meunier, expressive Pinot Noir and blends that bring them together. The pleasure is in discovering the differences.

Meet a grower: Oudiette

From the village of Beaunay, south of the Côte des Blancs, Maxime Oudiette builds on a family story stretching back to the 1920s. He joined the domaine in 2012 and began making his own wines in 2015. Explore our current Oudiette selection and get to know the wines for yourself.
