Use this guide for a toast or reception, allowing one or two glasses per adult choosing Champagne.
Allow six 125 ml glasses per standard 750 ml bottle. Multiply the number of adults choosing Champagne by the glasses per guest (0, 1 or 2), divide by six and round up. For 100 adults having one glass each, allow 17 bottles.
Quantities are rounded up to whole bottles. Larger pours will use more Champagne. Count only adults choosing Champagne and provide alcohol-free options too.

Yes. Order a bottle or tasting case online to try at home. If you’re unsure where to start, email us for a recommendation. Tasting cases are sold at their listed prices.
When should we order our wedding Champagne?+
Get in touch once you have a date and an idea of guest numbers. We’ll discuss stock and delivery with you before you order. Check corkage charges, storage and service arrangements with your venue too.
Do you offer wedding pricing?+
We provide bespoke quotes for larger wedding orders, based on the wines and quantities you choose. Tell us your budget and when you plan to serve Champagne so we can recommend bottles and help with quantities. There’s no minimum order. Availability, prices and delivery arrangements are confirmed when you order.
