Coming from the same selection of Grand and Premier Cru parcels across the Montagne de Reims, this Pinot Noir, Chardonnay blend, benefits from the use of reserve wines to create another really rich and complex cuvée. As with his 1000% percent creations, 228L Burgundy barriques are used for vinification to build a palate of exotic fruits and vinous depth, that's well balanced by the freshness from the Chardonnay.

Working alongside his father at Maison Didier Herbert, in 2016 Thomas Herbert began experimenting with developing his own specific cuvées. Originally sold under his family’s brand ‘Didier Herbert’ his ‘DH’ cuvées received praise for their incredible depth and power. Eight years on and he has now created his own independent brand to better represent the singular style of Champagnes he creates and his winemaking philosophy – terroir focussed with sustainable practices and low intervention at the heart.
