Green-gold hued with fine bubbles. The nose is aromatic at first but, as it opens, bread, hazelnuts and butter come to the fore. It's lovely and warm on the palate with plummy notes but with great freshness and attack alongside. The finish is persistent with lovely minerality and salinity, and just a hint of mint.
