Whilst all of the producers we work with are selected on the merit of their Champagne alone, the grower community are at the forefront of sustainable viticulture. As such, the vast majority of the producers we work with hold some level of accreditation – be it HVE, VDC or Organic certification – and those who are yet to acquire official recognition are typically working their way towards it.
