Oudiette

A wonderfully exciting producer from the village of Beaunay, south of the Côte des Blancs. The domaine was founded in the 1920s by Leon and Gabrielle Aubert. They started by working the vines, and the next generation developed the winery. Pascal installed the first press in the 1990s. Maxime came on board in 2012 and began making his own wines in 2015, after the construction of their first cellar.
