Oudiette
A wonderfully exciting new producer from the village of Beaunay, South of the Côte des Blancs. The Domaine was founded in the 1920s by Leon and Gabrielle Aubert. They started by working the vines and their children ended up developing the winery. The first press was put in by their child Pascal in the 1990s. Maxime came on board in 2012 and started to make his own wines in 2015 after the construction of their first cellar.
Even though we are only experiencing his first ever wine with the Les Gras d’Huile, you really get a sense that Maxime is onto something great here.
