Intense nose. So much more depth than the 15. Like another 50%. Really Pinot focused right now on the front end. So deep, dark and rich. It makes you salivate with the glass not even near your nose! Deep, stewed, jammy dark fruits. Pine nut. Very delicate mousse. The Pinot is definitely still on the front end as you take your first sip with plenty of blackcurrant but then the Chardonnay grips you. So intense, so incredible. So monstrous. And this is just beginning.
Every glass reveals another layer, another level of texture and fruit intensity. This is so impeccably put together we are struggling to capture it all!

We visited Georges before he had even released a Champagne! Having seen a bottle of Bouzy Rouge, (red wine from the village of Bouzy), we found our way to his house and were introduced to a fabulous selection of cuvées. He works mainly with Pinot Noir in Bouzy, Tauxieres and creates a stunning rosé!
