Pleasantly chalky and fruity nose. Plenty of impact. The palate follows well this this exotic edge. The Chardonnay sings at the moment but I sense this will flip with time. The finish shows good persistence and a nice balance of sugars. Really impressive mousse and nice sugar balance. I keep on coming back to the palate. A nicely moreish, yet complex little package.
