A wine that has the power of Aube Pinot Noir and concentration of the '19 vintage, but with the finesse you expect from prized villages of the Montagne de Reims. The palate opens with a rich array of red berry flavours but with a crisp, saline background. There is lovely weight and texture on the palate and a long juicy finish.

We visited Remi a few years ago in Meurville and totally fell for his juicy, rich, characterful wines. They exude generosity and it was clear that his skill both in the vineyards and the winery were going to bring something special. Years later and it is clear that he has done exactly that. He works with 8.5 hectares of mainly Pinot Noir and the wines rock.
