A fabulous juicy rosé from the south of Champagne. All of Remi's wines are vinous in nature but this has a lot more restraint than his saignée cuvées. Bursting with ripe red fruits and just the right dosage to give the wine a crisp edge, it's a really moreish non-vintage rosé.

We visited Remi a few years ago in Meurville and totally fell for his juicy, rich, characterful wines. They exude generosity and it was clear that his skill both in the vineyards and the winery were going to bring something special. Years later and it is clear that he has done exactly that. He works with 8.5 hectares of mainly Pinot Noir and the wines rock.
