Jean-Philippe Trousset Meunier Extra Brut
This cuvée uses both oak vinification and 50% reserve wine to create a really fruity Meunier with some lovely secondary elements. On first approach it's fruity and crisp, with a sense of sweet oak. The palate builds in generosity, with gushing fruit followed by a really fresh mid-to late. As it opens you sense the reserve wine and oak interplay which brings forth notes of patisserie and butter.

Another producer that we came across on one of our many visits. They work with a number of cuvées and we adore the exotic, aromatic style that they create. The Blanc de Noirs is one of our go to Blanc de Noirs and the Anna T is a rich, Chardonnay driven wine using spontaneous yeast in barrels.
