Wow. Sweet nose – perfumed and oaky. Impressive palate – really good length. There's just the right level of toffeed sweetness, grippy tropical fruits and this crisp saline bite. It's beautifully balanced with that perfect delivery of crisp exotic fruit and saltiness on the finish.

    Press Reviews

"This single-vineyard Champagne originates from the southwest-facing La Tortelue lieu-dit in Bisseuil. It shows a clear peachy colour. The nose comes with radiant fruitiness and oaky presence deriving from six months spent in barrels. Strawberries, plenty of ripe peach and a whiff of orange zest. The palate is fruit-packed, with bold red-berry presence. There is good energy and tension to it all despite the voluptuous generosity. Beautiful acid line thanks to malolactic fermentation left undone. Only a precious 530 bottles were made - 92." Essi Avellan MW's top grower Champagnes by score – Club Oenologique April 2023
