Round creamy nose full of soft vanilla with a hint of fresh quince and lemon curd. The palate shows a lateral weight with plenty of soft lemon and a pleasant acidity. The texture is delightfully playful on the mid to late and really draws some salinity forward hinting at some oak play but never dominating. As it opens there is a lovely development of the vanilla. And then this cool little bitter play just on the finish which develops that lemon note.
