Rosé is one of the most difficult expressions in the world of Champagne. For years it has been dominated by just a few names with very specific styles. Slowly but surely though the grower world has cottoned on to how good they can be and their Champagnes are now as diverse, challenging and engaging as you might imagine!

At Sip, we pride ourselves on, not only sifting through the silt to find the gold, but also giving you the opportunity to truly examine all the facets that make a great rosé. From fresh, light fruity wines, to rich, vinous treats we have something for everyone in this collection.

With a saving of £22 over buying the bottles independently, this Rosé Tasting 3 pack includes two very different blends plus a superb saignée Pinot Noir. It remains the most cost-effective way to experience the delights of Champagne Rosé.

Bonnaire Rosé Assemblage

A wonderfully light cuvée that could almost be mistaken for a Chardonnay. Combining 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir – with 12% of the Pinot coming in as red wine from Bouzy – this is a really refined expression that will challenge those who say they don't like rosé!

Louis Brochet Rosé Millésime 2019

Another rose made through addition, this is, however, deeper and more Pinot focussed this time. Coming from the powerful 2019 vintage, this wine blends 62% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 5% red wine from 'Mont Benoit' to reveal a palate full of rose pips, a touch of clementine and toast, with great length and weight of fruit.

Perrine Fresne 'Les Noues' Rosé de Saignée

We finish the set with a Champagne with a really interesting cuvée. The first rosé from a new and talented winemaker based in the Petite Montagne de Reims, it's produced using old vine Meunier from a single vineyard with 12 hours of skin maceration, and vinified in oak. Rich layered and complex, it's a great wine for those afraid to pair Champagne with more flavourful dishes.

Please note: Occasionally, due to stock availability, we may need to substitute bottles. In this situation, the replacement cuvées will be in the same style, and of the same or greater value.
