On the nose there is white fruit, citrus and some herbal tones. The palate is bright and fruity with nice minerality and crisp acidity. The finish has great depth and a pleasant bitter note.
House Profile
Pierric comes from a family of winegrowers. He was able to start the brand, named after his great grandfather (who is also Gaspard’s great Grandfather!), when he took over his family vineyards and purchased a few others. He works with 4.5ha of plots in Taissy, Mailly Champagne, Ay, Rilly la Montagne and Barzy sur Marne, although only 1.5ha are used for his wines. He started organic conversion in 2020.
