The only Pinot Noir in Maxime's collection of cuvées. This shows just how interesting this grape can be in the Petit Morin. There is great richness and impact, with plenty of fruit and texture on the palate, and excellent structure, balance and length to the finish.

A wonderfully exciting new producer from the village of Beaunay, South of the Côte des Blancs. The Domaine was founded in the 1920s by Leon and Gabrielle Aubert. They started by working the vines and their children ended up developing the winery. The first press was put in by their child Pascal in the 1990s. Maxime came on board in 2012 and started to make his own wines in 2015 after the construction of their first cellar.
