A blend of two Chardonnay parcels, sourced exclusively from the Beaunay terroir – 'Les Bas Vigny' and 'Les Gourdaines'. These two parcels face due south on fine silty and clay-sandy soils giving the Chardonnay the typically rich and tropical character familiar to the Petit Morin.

Having brought on Maxime Oudiette in 2021, we subsequently heard about another 'Oudiette' brand making waves in the Petit Moran. Margot and Charlotte are cousins of Maxime and, in 2014, joined their mother, Florence, in managing their 2.5ha holdings in Beaunay and Celles les Condes. They began vinifiying their first bottles in 2017 and four years later, their first cuvée, Uni Terre, was born.
