With a really impressive nose, the Famille Delouvin La Bléme 2017 is complex and layered with this peppery, exotic oak note. You feel the 2017 vintage but you sense so much beneath it. The sweetness of fruit works nicely to bolster this Champagne. Tense, toasty, lovely delivery on the tip of your tongue and then layers nicely to the side of the tongue. Really good length with a delicate delivery of salt and starfruit. It's a refined and elegant Champagne that is sure to impress. With a balanced acidity that brings out subtle aromas of citrus and white floral, this is a Champagne to enjoy and savour.
