Beautifully ripe nose. Loads of blackberries and this gorgeously rich and ripe palate. Way more than the 333a. Textured palate creating a layered and complex sensation on the front end. Saline. Nice juice level. Lovely cherry note on the finish.
House Profile
Gaspard Brochet exploded onto the Champagne scene with his first release in 2020 and continues to excite and surprise us with every wine since. Gaspard comes from a long line of Brochet families in the area and has taken over the family business that is 'Vincent Brochet' – a renowned producer in the area. Along with the existing lines, Gaspard has gone about producing his own wines that define him. His first release – a pure Pinot Noir from the vineyard of Le Mont Benoit, vinified in oak – was a a triumph of a first attempt and everything since has more than lived up to the hype.
