The only cuvée in our entire collection and likely one of the few producers in Champagne to make a Champagne exclusively from Fromenteau (or Pinot gris, as it's known beyond Champagne), one of the cépage oublié, or 'forgotten varietals'. These little planted grapes are now finding favour with vignerons looking to harness late ripening freshness, which is evident immediately with this cuvée that has a really upright nose with lots of white and green vegetal notes. The palate continues in the same style with white apple flesh and fine salt. As it opens there is surprising depth and sweetness with a creamy mid to late which marries nicely with the acidity.
