The 2018 base of William Saintot Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru is complemented by additions of 2017 and 2016 vintages, and carefully crafted with a balanced vinification of 40% in oak, 40% in steel and 20% in concrete egg. It displays a light pink hue, resembling the hue of a Provençal rosé. The wine presents a brilliant taste and vinous delivery with notable structure, embodying its terroir. There is a pleasant mid palate weight and fruity character, leading to an impressive finish with noteworthy texture, salinity, and longevity.
