Started by Georges Brocard in 1932, the maison is now run by the vibrant Thibaud who has completely modernised both the exterior and, importantly, the interior of the bottle! He works with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Celles sur Ource, creating tense, vibrant and exotic wines.
