‘Prize draw’ refers to the free 3 month Sip subscription.

‘Christmas Celebration case’ refers to the £290 case only, featuring 1 bottle of each: Pierre Legras Coste Beert, Vincent Renoir Brut, Remy Leroy Blanc de Noirs 2014, Georges Remy Les Vaudayants Rosé, Pierre Legras Idee de Voyage 2008, Legras & Haas Exigence No.9

‘Sip’ refers to the company, Sip Champagnes Ltd.

Entry to the prize-draw is automatic for any customer purchasing our Christmas Celebration case. Each Christmas Celebration case purchased confers one entry into the prize draw. Entrants into the prize draw are excluded if a Christmas Celebration case order is subsequently cancelled or returned for refund after purchase.

The prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over who provide their address and email address after purchasing a Christmas Celebration Case.

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When ordering your Christmas Celebration case and making a payment, you consent that you are aged 18 or over and, if your Christmas Celebration case or the Sip subscription is intended as a gift, the recipient is also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.

The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 21st December 2020. Orders or Christmas Celebration cases received outside this time period will not be considered.

One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on 22nd December 2020.

The winner will receive a code to sign up for a Sip subscription worth £100pcm for a 3 month period. This code must be used by 1st January 2021 or the prize will be forfeited. After the initial free 3 month period the subscription service will automatically renew at a cost of £100pcm, unless the winner cancels from their online account or contacts Sip at membership@sipchampagnes.com at least 7 days before the end of this free period. 

Customers already signed up to a Sip subscription will receive a discount of £100 per month off their regular subscription for a period of 3 months.

 

The winner will be notified by email on or before 25th December 2020. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Sip shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Sip will be entitled to select another winner.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

The winner agrees to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Sip’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by Sip for an unlimited time, the winner’s photograph and name for publicity purposes in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the prize draw, all entrants consent to the same.

Sip accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.

Sip reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Sip in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Sip shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
