Blood red with a fabulously juicy front end. Apples, loganberry and spice on the palate. Amazing balance for such a rich wine with this brilliant salinity on the finish. A proper explosion of a wine. It will work fabulously with cured meats.

Press Reviews

"Forest berries appear first, then notes of butter almond and marzipan, sleek and taut on the palate, slender with a very fine mouse and vivid berry notions, subtle autolysis and chalk appearing on the finish – 93."
Champagne’s Small Stars, Anne Krebiehl – Decanter May 2023
