A blend of 80/20 Pinot Noir/Chardonnay with no malolactic creates a rich, gripping wine with some aromatic notes and plenty of brioche and a good lemony finish. One of our go to non-vintage Champagnes.

House Profile

Both the Goutorbe and Bouillot family have a history of winemaking dating back to the early 18th century but they came together in the 1930s when Pierrette Bouillot and Jules Goutorbe married. The house is now managed by Dominique and Bastien and they look after 8 hectares, under both HVE and VD in the village of Damery. The wines show a lovely play of freshness alongside a brilliant touch of maturity.
