The first pure Meunier we've had from the Maison and it's great! Rich and perfumed on the nose. The palate is intense with a nice layer of sweet fruit. It's hugely juicy on the mid to late which links up with a touch of oak and a grip of salinity.

The Brochet name bounds around the region of Champagne and beyond. But not this one. Until now. Having tasted several hundred wines during an exhausting trip to Champagne, we came across this magic producer and the wine jumped out of the glass at us. Based in the village of Ecueil in the north west of the region, they produce masterfully juicy, rich wines from their ample 13 hectare holdings. They hold both VD and HVE and you sense that honesty, thought and precision in their wines.
