The Oudiette Les Gras d’Huile 2019 has a more charming and sweet nose than the previous iterations. A touch of nuttiness, sweet lemon and pastry. The lead in is just superb. The tension is glorious. Generous, yet strict. This is so good. As you let the wine glide by, you feel the texture come through so beautifully. Hints of chalk, sea salt and a stunning warmth. The perfect balance of complexity and elegance, the wine offers a lingering finish of dried citrus, herbs, and minerals that will delight your palate. An unforgettable experience with each sip.

Press Reviews

"Wafting from the glass with notes of crisp stone fruit, orange oil, pear, beeswax and subtle spices, it's full bodied, broad and vinous, with a satiny attack that segues into a fleshy, layered mid-palate and a long, saline finish. Seamless and complete, this intensely individual Champagne is a brilliant follow-up to Oudiette's debut release last year – 94." William Kelley – The Wine Advocate
