Based in the village of Avenay-Val-d’Or in the very East of the Marne Valley, this domain is currently run by 5th generation vigneron, Morgann Saintot. The estate holds HVE environmental certification. Its organic certification covers about one hectare of Chardonnay from the 2025 vintage. Working with 10ha of mostly Pinot Noir, Morgann vinifies his plots separately to highlight the typical characteristics of each terroir.
