A truly stunning wine. Lovely nose of cherries and buttered toast. Perfect front end with the appropriate acidity for the vintage! Really delicious and one that we can keep going back to.

Founded in 1955, Didier now works with 7.5 hectares certified HVE in the village of Bouzy and Tours sur Marne. The wines are a fabulous expression of this great villages Pinot Noir showing immense structure, finesse and length.
