Les Sablonnières comes from the family’s only parcel of Pinot Noir, in Beaunay in the Val du Petit Morin. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is vinified in barrels, aging on lees for 10 months to provide a robust Blanc de Noirs, bursting with dark fruit and texture on the palate.

House Profile

Having brought on Maxime Oudiette in 2021, we subsequently heard about another 'Oudiette' brand making waves in the Petit Morin. Margot and Charlotte are cousins of Maxime and, in 2014, joined their mother, Florence, in managing their 2.5ha holdings in Beaunay and Celles-lès-Condé. They began vinifying their first bottles in 2017 and four years later, their first cuvee, Uni Terre, was born.
