Paul Clouet Selection is a fruity blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier based on the 2015 vintage. Chalky, round, fruity with a surprising crisp, dry finish. This balanced, complex blend of three grape varieties showcases the best grapes of the 2015 vintage, perfect for special occasions or casual tastings.

House Profile

Based in Bouzy and made from the same family that brought you Champagne Bonnaire. They work with vineyards both in Bouzy and some of the staple within the Bonnaire range: Cramant, Bergeres les Vertus, Cuis and Fossoy. The wines show a harmonious and fruity side to the village; bright with a lovely sugar balance throughout.
